Laurence is a Chartered Accountant who has 40 years of corporate finance experience.
He is a specialist in acting for high growth potential SME & Mid-Tier Companies. With hands on direct expertise in the areas of Strategic Advice, Capital Raising, MBI, Business Sales and Purchases.
Laurence has held numerous CEO positions, having also Founded a number of Finance based businesses.
He is vastly experienced in Business Development and Finance Raising with Strong Communication and Motivational skills, having sat on numerous industry Q & A panels, and lectured on aspects of Business Development and Planning
A huge global support network working within a “team” framework alongside Laurence has been established.
Consequently, ECS operates within an established large international network of other Corporate Finance Advisers where we all co-operate and assist each other within the spirit of strategic alliance partners.
